"I was fitted in the office in Oct. They keep billing me for a visit I paid for and there is no way to leave a message - voice mail full, voice messaging system doesn't detect I'm leaving a message. I've written and I've called - and nothing! It's been over 3 months since my visit and I have nothing."

"The doctor was great, but the front office and billing people are a great danger to anyone who seeks care at these facilities. Be VERY CAREFUL to keep all your paperwork. Make sure to get a written statement of cost BEFORE ordering or paying for any orthotic, etc. As a result of the visit with the Doc, I ordered 1 pair of orthotics and was verbally told the cost would be $500. At the time I received the orthotics they checked the fit and I paid by credit card before I left the office $500 as was previously agreed. It is now 18 months later and at least twice now I have been billed by mail for thousands of dollars for two or three sets of orthotics at a much higher price than originally stated and that I did not order or receive. At this point, no matter how good the doctor is, given the hours of my time I have been forced to spend to defend myself against, what I now consider to be predatory and potentially fraudulent, business and billing practices, I will likely not return to Kitsap Foot & Ankle Clinic."

"My husband had a decent experience with Dr Gent (but his toenail unfortunately is growing back after a year). However, the BILLING DEPT is ridiculously unprofessional on Every Level!!! First, they didn't bill us for 15 MONTHS. Then, they claimed they had no evidence of the payment we made after his first visit, forcing me to send them proof! Then, the OFFICE STAFF & CHAT REP straight up stopped responding to my questions and concerns. YIIIIIIKES so many red flags! That took the whole experience from 4 stars to 2."

"Another thoroughly satisfactory visit with Dr. Gent. It's a great place to get my feet taken care of. The doc is quick, thorough, efficient, and ... NICE. Cheerful, happy, a pleasure to visit. (And so is the entire staff!) My toe, he said, was doing very well after the removal of problem skin a month ago; he scraped a little dead skin away to make sure of no regrowth, swabbed it clean, used some salve, put on a band-aid - and I was on my way! I am so glad this was the office my doctor referred me to - I can't think of a better place to take my feet to! :D Thanks, Doc."
