"Dr Kyung Min wanted to discharge my father from Swedish Edmonds when he was clearly not good to be cared for at home. He was suffering from liver cancer complications. She didn't offer answers and provided minimal treatment for his symptoms and suffering during his short stay at the PCU in Edmonds. It was around 10am when she spoke with us about discharging him and misled him to think that he would be able to go home, asking him things like, you can walk on your own, right? He passed away in the hospital that night at 6:50pm. I can't imagine how traumatic that experience would have been if it happened on his way home or even at my home. I'm so grateful for the nurse in the PCU that helped him and my family that day. However I'm horrified with the experience we had with this doctor."

"I was here with my husband for his annual and a recheck from a recent ER visit. We had many questions, which to I remembered more than him what to ask. The nurse who called him back said “typically we only allow the patient to come back”. Then, she asked my husband if he’d needed me to come and he said “she understands medical terms better than me, so…”, meaning yes, I’d like her to come. The nurse let out a BIG sigh and said, “ok then, come on”. It was quite rude, unnecessary and unprofessional. I definitely felt unwanted by her. I kindly said “you know what, I’ll just stay out here”. My husband wanted me there. He didn’t want to say yes because he didn’t want to feel like he was bothering her. I am a nurse myself and would never and have never acted like that. Nurses needed to understand, especially when it’s a man, if the spouse is present it’s usually because the husband wants them there for a reason. We can always step out after the consultation with the doctor. Just something I hope the nurse considers for every patient. However, my husband did say how much he really liked Dr. Cramer! "One of the worst health systems I have seen, but the primary care is aweful! Dr Lee does not listen to patients. He knows best no matter what. Lol that is not how healthcare works! Do not be afraid to advocate for yourself, especially when you know what’s best! Upselling expensive procedures is a business model, not healthcare!"
