Reviews
"Dr. Lee was very thorough and I appreciated his professionalism as well as his ability to listen. I am grateful to be in his care."
"I was seen by Dr Lee to review MRIs after having significant pain and numbness/tingling in my lower back and feet. During the exam he did not appear to have reviewed the actual MRIs, only read the radiologists reports, didn't allow me to provide all of my symptoms, and reviewed and reported notes only on paper. After an exam that left me in a lot of pain (which I am used to during doctor visits) he wrote in my medical record that "On exam today there is significant embellishment" I guess crying in pain is embellishment? I recently went to a rheumatologist with UW who diagnosed me with fibromyalgia after a thorough review of all of my symptoms and a complete exam. Dr Lee is not in the least bit compassionate or understanding of chronic pain and made me feel ignored and dismissed. Go to Seattle if you want real care."
"Dr Eric Lee did not properly do my EMG. He also lied in my medical record. He documented 5/5 muscle strength when I have well documented shoulder weakness. He also documented no scapular winging when I have confirmed scapular winging by another doctor. It is not ok to lie in a patients legal medical record as they get sent to other providers/insurance companies. I have filed a complaint with Washington state medical board. These doctors need to learn its illegal to lie in a patients legal medical record. Update 1/5/2024 - I had another EMG done at EMA in Tacoma which confirmed my nerve damage. I went to a nerve specialist in Seattle who said there may be a chance we can save the nerve but he's not able to do the surgery. So he referred me to USC in Los Angeles, CA for a possible nerve transfer. So not only did Dr Lee lie. He misdiagnosed me and gave me wrong medical advice. Had I not been a nurse and advocated for myself I would have missed the timeframe to save the nerve and would end up with permanent nerve damage. I have never reported a doctor to the medical board or written a bad review until now. But this is serious. I may never be able to use my arm again. And its such a shame because patients in Kitsap County deserve better care. We shouldnt have to commute almost 2hrs to Seattle for a decent doctor."
"I am probably Dr. Eric Lee's last patient in Medford Oregon. Dr. Lee doesn't know it, but he saved my life. For decades after an incomplete Spinal Cord Injury, I was misdiagnosed with Carpal Tunnel, a rotator cuff tear, Ulnar Nerve Compression, underwent unnecessary & detrimental surgeries, & told my symptoms were "in my head" UNTIL I finally got referred to Dr. Lee. He actually LISTENED to me! I told him I know I don't have those things. Dr. Lee took the time to listen, did some tests himself, & wrote 14 pages on my nuerological state. What Dr. Lee wrote was pivitol in my Primary Care team looking "outside the box". I have a long road ahead, but thanks to Dr. Lee, I no longer feel as though I am on a train ride with no destination."
