"Disappointing that you can't tall to a real person over the phone, check in process is digital at the front desk no receptionist, no place for people to comfortably wait. Their waiting room is about 10 ft squared with 12 seats, so packed with people. They had us lined up standing in the hallway. Not what I was expecting."

"The level of dysfunction at this location is breathtaking. I wouldn't recommend going here for labs under ANY circumstances, even if this means going into Seattle. Despite arriving at opening and being the 3rd person in line, I waited 90 minutes to even get called back to a room. Even then, I wasn't seen, and eventually left without getting labs drawn! The waiting room was completely overflowing the whole time into the hallway, including with ill patients. There is only ONE lab tech working. She was visibly ill, coughing and sneezing while unmasked. Rooms were not sanitized between patients. I finally left after hearing an extended complaint session between the lab tech and the front desk woman in which one woman stated "patients labs here are wrong" because they aren't able to get to processing the bloodwork in time and apparently it sits too long to be accurate. It isn't worth it for anything, DON'T GO HERE!"
