Franciscan Medical Clinic - West Seattle

"Ended up here largely due to proximity to home, having sought new primary care from former provider (got tired of drive and struggle to find parking). Had a few positive experiences here, but very few. After settling with a new primary care physician, he left the practice. Was advised I would be contacted to be connected with a new doctor, but that never happened. When I have needed help from them, I have been unable to get through by phone and have even been shipped to a different location for immediate care from their walk-in. Not sure why the severe decline from my early experience, which were good to okay, but it has been a long while since I have gotten any satisfaction from my experiences with this place, so . . . off I go!"

"Pretty good and prompt service always subject to change based on time of day/night. This general number listed is not very helpful, I called and asked if X-ray was available on a weekday and they said yes. Turns out, on a weekday, X-ray is no longer available after 430. While I was checking in a lady was leaving frustrated because she called ahead as well and was told X-ray was available. Obviously there is some miscommunication between the folks answering the phone and the actual walk in clinic."

"I saw Dr Whitney Archibald and I am so happy that I found a good Ob gyn so close to where I live. The front desk is so helpful. It’s the first time that a doctor’s office has said that they would look for massage therapists for me when I asked for a referral, till now I had to spend hours looking for in network massage therapists. I wish I had found them sooner."

"I went to the walk in clinic in 2008 and met Ann Marie. She immediately became my primary NP. I wouldn't want to see anyone else. She is awesome. She takes my concerns seriously and is quick to refer me to specialists as needed. I am able to get apts quickly. When needed the walk in clinic upstairs has all of my files at their fingertips."

"The doctor and MA were great. Very professional and they took their time listening to my medical issue. My experience with Terry the receptionist was horrible. She was extremely rude. I was not greeted, she rolled her eyes and sighed multiple times and made no mistake of letting it known that she was annoyed with me. For what I don't know I had only walked in during their business hours. My purse was stolen after just moving here and I didn't have my insurance card (I called the insurance company and they assured me that the clinic would be able to look it up) and she told me that I would not be seen unless her coworker was there to look it up. Fortunately the coworker was there and did do her job and I was seen. But while being lead back to the room she was whispering to the MA while pointing at me in which she stopped when I turned to look at her. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and just plan mean. I would not go here again due to her alone. Great doc tho!"
