"I had my hand and leg therapy done here back in 2018 I had a really good therapist and everyone was so nice to me and my service dog . When I found out that I was hyper mobile with muscle arthropy and had EDS and POTS I immediately said hey Dr Doucet can you send me here they are great .also the clinic on the west side on cooper point refered me to this location saying it was the only one who had therapists that could work with someone like me . I called two months ago asking to talk to the manager / supervisor and was brushed off my the rude secretary and told my Dr never sent anything fact is he hasn't faxed three times . And spoke to the therapist himself to . He faxed it a fifth time last week .now that therapist at this location said we needed a certain body part so my Dr put my ankle and shoulder since there the most problematic but the truth is I need full body .the secretary verified with me this time they had my info but she wasn't going to schedule me do to the therapist there who can't seem to work with me . And wanted to be very rude and argue with me when I asked for her boss again she threw a fit and hung up so I called back and asked why she. Hung up and she said there was a disconnection and hung up again when my caregiver got on the phone .there was no discussion you could clearly hear the phone get put down to hang up . She refused to give me the supervisor / manager of the clinic .told me she would hand my info over to her and id have a call back by the end of the day .my caregiver and I are guessing she didn't even deliver the message . With this kinda treatment even if it got made right I definitely wouldn't want to go .even though in Washington State there's not a lot of hyper mobility therapists I still wouldn't go because of this secretary acts like that to my disabled self ,how is she treating others and why is she allowed to act that way.if it got resolved id probably have problem that she would make for my appts and it's in necessary stress to wonder if she'll make em and cancel them the attitude id have being hung up on attitudes in the clinic . But one thing is for sure I definitely won't be back .just wow my caregiver also told triple a case management that works with dshs about this I'm pretty sure there going to report to adult services about this secretary and the discrimination to help when it was already offered out . Especially with my conditions ."

"I'm going for my back. I've only been here twice but everyone is extremely friendly. Zach is very knowledgeable. They have many different types of therapy. I'll be going back in a week and plan to continue for as long as it takes. I only pay a $20 co-pay and my insurance covers the rest."
