"Worst treatment of a patient. I was not heard by the PA. She didn’t listen to one thing I told her. Tried to give the history of my knee. She wasn’t interested. She put words in my mouth that I never said and documented the untruths. She basically told me I was a liar when I said I wouldn’t do steroid injections again because they make me worse. She was just rude. Not Ok. I will be looking for a different place to go. Unacceptable."

"The worst experiences I have ever had with doctors. They are unprofessional, left me in a room for two hours alone after closing, had to find someone to ask when I could leave. They forgot about me. Scheduled me for surgery, got a false positive COVID test and was told they wouldn't operate for them to call me 30 minutes after I got home to tell me it was a false positive and to come back. I forgot the woman doctors name, but she was inherently the worst doctor I ever had the displeasure of speaking with"

"Had a good visit with the provider, so pleased with the care we received for our daughter. We are self pay, so when we checked out, we paid in full for our visit or so we thought. A few weeks later we receive a bill. The bill didn't show our payment made and when I called to speak with someone, they could not explain why there was a balance on my account when we were told we had paid in full at the office. I attempted to contact the office directly, went through the prompts and when I punched in the number for billing, there was a prompt that said my call could not be completed and i was disconnected. Thinking it was a mistake, I called back and tried again with the same result. Called again and punched in the number to speak with the care team. Sat on hold for 10 minutes before the phone started ringing and then I was disconnected a 3rd time. Called back a 4th time and finally spoke to a receptionist. This time, I got put on hold two separate times for over 10 minutes each time as she tried to get her supervisor to talk with me. She was unavailable both times and I was told she would call back by the end of the day. I was told by the receptionist that what we owed was a totally different amount than what we see on the statement they sent out. Not surprisingly, no call back. Very frustrated with the poor administrative service."

"After going to our hospitals emergency room Friday night due to crippling back pain, I had to call them Monday to make another appointment for back surgery. This was after having to cancel appointments twice this year due to my wife getting cancer and a stroke she suffered during treatment at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. When I made my previous appointments, they were booked out at least 4 weeks, and I expected it to be the same this time. I was thrilled when they told me my new appointment was Friday morning at 8:00! Wow! An appointment in 4 days, not 4+ weeks! Incredible! I have high hopes that my appointment will be as efficient and surgery scheduled very soon. I will update you on Friday."
