The nurse Tim was so kind, funny, and helpful and PA Emiren was great. They both listened to our concerns and thoroughly checked our daughter out and ran tests. The front desk staff was prompt and kind and we were back a few minutes after out apt time."

"I have always received great care here for my child BUT I am writing this because the hours are terrible for an urgent care, especially one specifically for children. Many of us who live in Kitsap County use this location because there are zero children urgent cares on the peninsula. I have even tried to make appointments and they are ALWAYS booked. It says they take walk ins but every time it’s been a 2+ hour wait which seems unfair. It just seems to operate like a normal pediatrician office and not an urgent care. I’m referring to times where it doesn’t require an ER visit but when we can’t get into our normal doctor. It’s really frustrating and I hope there can be change"

"I came here a couple of months ago when my baby was 6 months old. She was refusing to eat and developed a sudden fever. I ended up waiting a bit longer beyond my scheduled appointment time, which caused my baby to fuss and cry. I was in a panic, not knowing what was wrong with her. Nurse Amy greeted me in the waiting area and right from our initial interaction I felt incredibly heard and reassured by her. She listened to all of my concerns, didn't rush me through anything, and helped calm my nerves (especially being a FTM). Everyone who interacted with my baby was warm and compassionate. The X-Ray tech was super genuine and walked me through the process and helped make it as smooth as possible. We opted to do a urine test and I was mortified, but they also walked me through that process and reassured me my baby would be ok and it really was the best thing to do for her. While we didn't get many answers, I really was thankful to have gone in to this urgent care. I had previously seen a handful of pediatricians about the issue and they offered me unhelpful advice and solutions that I didn't feel were appropriate. The day following my appointment I received a call from Amy asking how we were doing, which I so appreciated. It's never easy taking your baby in to the doctor and putting their life in someone else's hands, but they made it the best experience possible."

"This place is fantastic! I am visiting family from out of state and unfortunately my 3 year old got sick. I made an appointment here even though it was about 45 minutes from where I was staying. It was so worth the drive. They called us back immediately and nurse Amy couldn’t be any sweeter. She was so great with my son and brought us popsicles and little toys to distract him. Very fast strep test and they were able to give us a shot of penicillin for treatment. We were in and out and treated in less than an hour! Highly recommend if you have a little that needs urgent care."
