"I have loved almost every experience and interaction I have had at this location. I’ve gone in for a few different things over the last year. Coral and Winnie along with one of the other front desk lady’s were extremely reassuring and helpful. My first appointment for another medical need gave me extreme anxiety. I couldn’t have asked for a better medical assistant than the ones I seen. I however have decided to try another location if the need to be seen comes again. At my first appointment I was told what I would experience was a heavy period after my procedure, it was worse then having a unmedicated child birth. My last appointment I felt that the lady doing my implant was a bit unprofessional stating she doesn’t make enough money here and she does Botox on the side. I don’t think that’s the time or place to make conversation on that. If I had the option too have someone else give medication ect I would if that meant I could still be seen by the other staff aside from her."

"So grateful for the great amazing service I receive each time I visit this office. I’m always met with a smile by all the ladies working. There was a woman named Winnie who made me feel extremely comfortable during an uncomfortable situation, holding my hand the entire time for my birth control removal & made me feel seen/heard when I expressed concerns. If every medical office had this feeling of compassion & open communication, the world would be a better place. Thankful to have planned parenthood available."

"I have been seen 3 times at this health center, and every time, staff has met me with a kind smile and the care has been outstanding. I've had my implant removed with no complications, a fast and painless process. On that same visit, I also received a full year's worth of birth control pills with my insurance when I was asked if I wanted to switch to a different method! The second time I was seen here, the clinician helped diagnose me with an issue I've been battling with for years, finally diagnosing me with PCOS. Using the birth control pills helped, but I later realized the method did not work for me so I switched back to the implant on my 3rd visit here and the process was even quicker and just as smooth. "I first went here almost a year ago for HRT, I've been checking in as needed. I've felt very listened to in each visit- one day when I was super tired, I didn't feel pressure to make conversation, but on other visits I've had nice back-and-forth with nurses and medical assistants. Today my visit was similarly excellent, but I thought I should leave a review because I felt so much better after talking to the nurse. I was able to give them some info about trans resources nearby that I've found, which felt really cool- they're way ahead of a lot of medical environments I've seen (inclusive language was excellent and the way their forms ask about gender vs physiology makes it clear they know what they're asking), but they're aware they don't have everything."
