Front Street Clinic - Silverdale

"I've been seen by 2 different psychiatrists at this clinic location. The first experience was so bad that I wouldn't see anyone again for a few years. It doesn't look like he's still there, but the last one I saw for TMS is. She made accusations with zero proof in the form of an email. Then, she had her office staff call me and follow up on the accusation. I hope she's more careful of what she says and does now, especially working in the mental health field. May be time to retire."

"I am so thankful for this clinic! I have 2 children that needed help with medication and therapy. We were able to get testing done, find a medication provider, and start therapy sessions. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful, it amazes me that they can provide so many different services all in one clinic. Thank you!"

"I am writing on behalf of my daughter because the very thought of writing a review or calling and complaining gives her more anxiety then she had before starting counseling at Front Street Clinic. She saw Danette who, when she was available, was "fine". However, more often than not, Danette would call out or cancel the appointment at the last minute. Sometimes my daughter would wake up to find the cancellation on her phone, but one time, she got the cancellation call as she was driving to her appointment. My daughter did miss one appointment (she overslept). She knows it's wrong to miss appointments so she's not justifying her behavior, but as a result, Danette has now cancelled her as a patient. So, it's OK for the therapist to cancel numerous appointments at the last minute but because the patient misses one appointment, you cancel them? Way to help those in need of mental health treatment. She's mentally "OK" right now but I worry about when she's not because she said she would never go back to Danette because of how she was treated. That is very sad to me."
