"I have been going here over two years and it has been the best thing I’ve done for myself. Initially I did have a therapist who just wasn’t the right fit for me so I switched to someone else. Julie has been nothing but amazing. One of the best things about my therapist is that she doesn’t agree with me on everything. She calls me out and asks me why I do things I do. I think that is a very good thing. She makes me truly think about why I do the things I do and why I feel the way I feel. I love her!"

"Had a great experience with the counselor. He listened to my concerns and worked through then with me. Their billing department however has twice now tried to collect on service already payed for. I had services in January of 2022, after insurance and adjustments a final amount was payed in July of 2022. Then in September 2022 they tried to collect again and we had to go through my account history to show that I had already paid for everything. I got emails stating it was all taken care of. Then now June of 2023 they stated that I still had a balance due. After questioning this they emailed that yes I do owe that amount. So I then had to call again, reference dates of my original payments and am again being told oh that is a mistake on our part and I do not owe anymore. I am just concerned that in another 6 months + they may have another billing issue and decide to try and collect again."

"This office is a mask-optional space, and masks are currently mandated indoors statewide. Your therapy practice might be grand, but putting your staff and clients at risk during a pandemic is irresponsible. The office staff didn't think to let me know this on the phone when they asked if I wanted to be seen in person or virtually. I waited over a year for an appointment and had to leave before anything began. Incredibly disappointed that a health care facility would make this their policy."
