"Google this so-called doctor and you'll see he had his license taken away for nefarious reasons. The reason I stopped seeing him is because he tried to cover up a lie involving his receptionist, who he has "a special" relationship with, and told me to sweep her lie under the rug and asked me "to please forget about it, " which I refused, and I have emails to prove it. Integrity and trust is everything to me and he betrayed that! He also got me hooked on a very strong narcotic, but he kept telling me I was "under medicated" & always trying to increase my dosage. He's currently being investigated for double billing. I saw him for 8 years and up until the last 2 years, I began receiving bills over $1,000, even though I paid upfront for every visit. When I initially tried seeing him as a cash patient, he told me I couldn't afford him when he knew nothing about me except for my Hispanic last name. I felt racially profiled and extremely offended, esp because I was probably making more than him at the time, but he was my only choice. He displayed very tacky behavior for a doctor by asking me if I paid upfront each visit. It's extremely declase for a doctor to bring up money to a patient. I felt like I was interacting w/ a dealer! you've been warned."

"I can only speak from my many years of pain and dozens of doctors that couldn't help me. Dr Rotchford has been a blessing and I'm so thankful he keeps helping people like myself that I feel the medical community has tossed aside and told to live with the pain. He has not only helped my pain from several broken backs over the years but found what was at the root of my pain. He doesn't just treat the symptoms, he has a brilliant mind and a way of approaching a problem that I have never seen in the medical field. It's not cut and dry, he understands that each of us is unique and it requires different approaches and different treatments for sometimes the same problem. He has helped me understand what my mind is doing. I know understand what's going on and it's been life changing for me and my family. Dr Rotchford is more than a Dr to me, he helps me understand what's happening and takes the time to explain what he's thinking and how he's going to treat the problem. He makes me feel like I'm heard and what I'm feeling is real and why its happening to me. I love our visits I learn something new each time about myself and life. To me Dr Rotchford is a hero and someone I will always admire and respect. He's a Dr with a heart, a brilliant mind and he's humble about it. I hope this helps someone who's in pain and feels like their is no help like I did. Who has lost all hope and any respect for the medical community. He has shown me what part of the problem I was playing and how to change that. "Exellent front desk staff. Very friendly and encouraging to patients regarding thier care. Office visits and video on phone which is very convenient for people with a high op tempo or not wanting to risk exposure to Covid. Privacy is always respected as well. Doctor Rotchford treats the individual not the diagnosis and is very respectful and knowledgeable. Once I went to the ER for shoulder and chest pain and didn't realize that there were possible lung linear opacities, suspected atelectasis. When I left the ER I got ahold of Doctor Rotchford as I was still in pain and unable to dress myself. Dr. Rotchford found the issue that had been missed by the ER in my Xrays. He treated me and the ER called to apologize since they stamped my visit as drug seeking unknown to me at the time until my appointment with Doctor Rotchford. My Primary Care (also a great care team) could not fit me in that day and Doctor Rotchford had or made an open spot for me and ordered up a full lab after treating me. When I saw my Primary Care they noticed the extensive lab that Doctor Rotchford ordered and found 2 issues needing treated which my Primary Care was able to see off of the labs Doctor Rotchford ordered. His actions were clear and decisive for an exellent outcome for all involved but mainly the proper diagnosis and treatment for the patient. He did not have to do all this but he did with respect and dignity. My family has always been treated with respect while accompanying me and I have 5 children a spouse and our Grandmother. I've been on this journey with Doctor Rotchford for almost 1 year. I plan on staying with him. When I find good care I try to stay with them or follow them because it is worth it to me. As a retired Veteran I would recommend this Doctor to other Veterans because good care for Veterans is very important to me. One more positive thing to note is the way in which labs can be done. Some people can't always drive to the lab so a contracted lab sends you the supplies you need and some of it can be done from home and then taken to FedEx for shipment. Covered by my insurance and very simple and convenient. Most convenient Dr. Office experience I've had. Doctor Rotchford's staff has always gone the extra mile regarding care, privacy, dignity, best treatment option and even payments and billing. His approach is solid A+ and he is even open to second opinions. I hope this testimony answers questions to anyone considering this office. My family feels he has the patients best interest at every visit we have experienced."

"In my experience I haven't found many doctors that I feel became doctors because they wanted to help their community and our society. Dr. Rotchford not only cares and understands a patient's personal health, he also understands how health effects your life at home, work, and community. Some of the issues we face today are complex. Our regulatory systems and cultural views have made providing the best service possible more difficult than it could be. He is constantly working to help educate patients and colleagues.
