"The lack of professionalism has been so evident since I started seeing Dr. Tan. She had me rushed into the room to look at me for 5 minutes and told me what needed to be done. An MRI was scheduled for my lower back which was difficult to schedule due to a cyber attack on medical. I understand this but I was disregarded several times by Amanda and she evidentially was upset with me calling to find an appropriate setting to get it done. Finally I got the MRI and had results back after two weeks in Dr Tan’s office, which is over an hour to drive too. She saw me only to say that nope it’s not a pinched nerve and she agreed it was not a vein issue but instead of referring me she said, “ Just wear your stockings” and she said that’s all I can do. After waiting to get results and wondering what to do next and I had to call to make sure she got my results that day instead of her staff doing so. She dismissed my case and set home with the pain and fluid on my leg that is why I saw her in the first place. To go home wondering who to take on my case next. So disappointing and I would never refer anyone to see her!"
