"I have 2 separate complex issues I'm dealing with and tried my best to convey my struggles with even simple movements. Unfortunately the fact I appear physically fit seems to make it difficult for PTs to believe me despite me explaining how severe the impact to my life has been. I received no manual therapy despite intense muscle stiffness and pain. The exercises I was given exacerbated the pain and nerve issues to the point I could barely use my arms for the rest of the day after a morning appointment. When I mentioned that I couldnt perform the exercises without serious increases in pain, I was told to push through it anyway, no attempt to find other options that I could handle and progress from. Would not recommend at all."
