"First time being late to an appointment, and the front desk staff didn’t even blink and said I had to reschedule. Thats not good customer service. No warning no nothing. I had already waited months for my appointment."

"Some (not all) front desk employees (often the ones that are cozier with their supervisors) are disrespectful and irresponsable. They should be educated about the basic manners before they are allowed to work there. Perhaps they should be reminded that their job falls under the category of being public servants in an industry that provides health care services which is neither the same as being a correctional officer in jail nor as a relative of some low ranking gang member. If the doctors and dentists in the same facility can/are required to act nice and tolerant, then there is no excuse, at all, for the front desk crew to behave in any other way than nice and if they can't, they should look for a different job."

"I went this clinic to get help for my insurance. But so disappointed with it. Before I went today I have been there before last month. There is a lady told me get the documents and information to go back next month. Then I went this morning that bringing the papers. The man speaks Vietnamese who argued with me a long time. He didn’t help me to apply the insurance. He let me go home to call OHP. Rude. Stupid guy. Every time I went there to apply, no problem. Except him, I don’t know the name of him. Don't ask him for help，not a nice guy. I won’t go back this place anymore. Don’t go this clinic guys. Toooooooo bad."

"I switched from Kaiser, so I really mean it when I say Mid County heath has the worst service possible. There was consistently, everytime, a problem with my prescriptions and when I took issue with this my Dr, Dr. Sophia hargett was extremely unprofessional towards me and made care impossible. As for physical care they took me off of my muscle relaxers my other Dr put me on, the opposite of helpful, I have been in pain every single day since then. I still haven't even switched to a different provider as my mental health hit an all time low after several appointments here. If you have the option, you should absolutely go somewhere else, absolutely revolting care."

"First off all The security guard women are very friendly and good service to us. She even showed us where the restroom are.she is helpful and amazing worker. Secondly,i took my grandma here for her appointment the people at the front told us my grandma’s doctor is call in sick and she’s not there so they rescheduled her appointment to another day we didn’t showed up for it but have been trying to get a hold of anyone at the front to reschedule again nobody picked up the phone at all. very suck.."
