Reviews
"I am truly grateful to the staff members at this office for braving the wretched weather and providing excellent care following the recent ice storm. I was in a lot of pain after a nasty fall and found each caregiver to be quick and efficient in diagnosing and alleviating my pain."
"The staff is friendly and the doctor as well and he is very easy to talk with and he explained my issue very thoroughly to my satisfaction"
"Staff was nice and prompt. Conveniently located on the mountain."
"This is a wonderful facility! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and I could not say enough good things about Dr. Hearty. We are so fortunate to have them on the Mountain!"
"Would give 0 stars if I could. First of all, they said over the phone that they were in network with my insurance. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone to them. When I made my appointment, i was having back pain and abdominal pain and thought that i could possibly be pregnant in addition to having a UTI. I cant speak for anyone else reading this, but in the past, every time I have had my urine tested in a lab, i have been tested for pregnancy without having to request it. Physician assistant, Benjamin Hearty, examined me by touching me in my abdominal area in different places to see what my pain felt like. Before he started that, I was wearing a crop top, and his words were "you wore the perfect shirt for this." As a sexual assault survivor, that comment made me feel unsafe to be in his office. Especially when some attackers have made comments about their victims clothing. After that, he debriefed me of my urine results to inform me that I had a UTI and prescribed me an antibiotic. I asked him if I was pregnant, and he said that they did not test me for pregnancy, going back to that situation. He offered to test me for pregnancy, but that it would cost extra. So I declined. And when I went to pick up my prescription, I bought myself an at home test to reduce costs. It gets worse. I was working very few hours at a job where i was once full time. And I received a $209 bill in the mail later that month or so. When I read my explanation of benefits letter, I was informed by my insurance company that this office is not in network with my insurance. I will never go here again. I hope Adventist takes responsibility for the way I was treated. I also have brought a friend with me who witnessed everything, and can testify to these."
