"I'm fairly healthy and don't need a doctor much. It was time for my yearly wellness checkup and Zoomcare took care of me. The staff was friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The visit was just what I needed with all taken care of in one place, no shuffling around buildings, multiple appointments, or traveling to different locations. Might not work for everyone, but this place works great for me. I enjoyed the ease of scheduling too."
"DO NOT GO TO ZOOM CARE. The staff was great and my doctor knowledgeable, but as others have stated ZOOM's financial side is ridiculous. Their website clearly states that an uninsured patient will pay $250 for an urgent care visit. I have insurance and was charged $407 of which my insurance only covered $75.95, so I had to pay $331.05 out-of-pocket FOR A 10 MIN LOOK AT MY KNEE. When I called to discuss why I would pay more than not having insurance, the rude lady blamed my insurance and told me to talk with them. She then started making up excuses when I explained to her that it is crazy to pay more than an uninsured person because I should have just not given my insurance information. She promptly hung up on me. The level of disrespect and over charging is criminal. I will never visit a Zoom Care again."
"David the assistant was efficient at check in and was cheerful and welcoming. Jamie was smart, realistic, and knowledgeable. I trust this place!"
"I will probably never be coming back to this location or use zoom services again. First thing he asks me is "Pronouns she/her right?" I am so sorry but I've never had a doctor ask me my pronouns lmao. I'm trans and it shouldn't ever be a topic of conversation with you, especially if I'm not there, for trans care. Next time, read the file, and just go on as normally. If someone needs to correct you on your pronoun usage they will. Don't ask me when you have ALL my information in front of you. I had come in with very very painful back pain. I have suffered a lower back injury earlier in my life and it's most of the time manageable but it has recently has been flaring up pretty badly. I was told to take Ibuprofen "It may not help with the pain but it will help with inflammation." I am there for PAIN RELIEF. I told him that this pain IS UNBEARABLE. It still is! He completely ignored me, stated to "take more ibuprofen" which at that time I would have already taken too much so I appreciate the liver destruction while I am in immense pain. I reiterated several times that the ibuprofen doesn't help, I need something that actually helps, and you completely ignored me. Didn't give me other options and instead directed me to chiropractic care. Please do not send alternative medicine in pseudoscience dealing with a very severe back pain, I need real answers from real doctors with real medical degrees. I'm extremely disappointed with how my issues were dealt with like a drug addict instead of a legitimate patient who is in desperate need of pain relief. Extremely unprofessional and I will never go back."
"The staff were excellent, the business model is evil. I called ahead to confirm with zoom that my insurance would cover a flu shot and consultation, they confirmed that was the case. When I got my bill I saw that, while my insurance covered $5 of the flu shot, Zoom care charged an extra $64 for the injection of the shot and $299 for the visit itself (which consisted of an overworked doctor asking diagnostic questions for 15 minutes before ushering me out to make room for another patient.) Save your time, save your money, don't use zoom care. Edit: I sent a request to the number provided, they billed my insurance and sent the flu shot in as a primary diagnosis not preventative care. Because Zoom chose this method of billing my insurance did not cover my flu shot and I ended up paying $35 for a flu shot and $198 to visit the office at all. I repeat: DO NOT USE ZOOM CARE UNLESS IT IS YOUR ONLY OPTION"
