"I was taken into the exam room promptly. Medical assistant was thorough and respectful. Dr. Le was also prompt and answered my questions well. She referred me to imaging which was in the building next door. That service was provided quickly and smoothly. Results arrived the same day and a medical assistant followed up to make sure I received them. In all, I was very satisfied with the medical service I received."

"Everyone here that I have had experience with is so professional yet courteous and very thorough. I seldom need to wait more than a few minutes when I have an appointment. The practitioners are very attentive, great listeners and treat their clients with respect and as partners in our healthcare journey. I have seen Dr. Katherine Kasik for many years, along with other RNP and physicians, and have never been disappointed with care they provide."

"Dr. Peel is great! I’ve been a patient of hers for over 4 years. I really like that she listens to my concerns and isn’t to conservative when ordering tests. I think she is very proactive and efficient. The support staff has improved since switching over to Vancouver Clinic in my opinion. Also an added bonus is, if you need your labs done at the Portland clinic they share the same space. ( just make sure to re-check in with lab)"

"I had a hard time finding a clinic/provider for primary care after moving from out of state. A friend recommended a provider at this clinic. That provider was pretty full, so the clinic helped identify another provider for me that would meet my preferences and schedule needs. It has been an amazing experience. Every phone call with staff has been pleasant, kind, and helpful. The interaction with assistants and provider for my first appointment was also pleasant, without much wait, and with clear and ample communication. It is sad that it feels so night and day compared to previous experiences I’ve had, because all individuals should be treated with respect when receiving healthcare, but I’m just thankful I have it now. I am excited I have a place to go and recommend to others for care. Some aspects about this physical location: There is a parking garage underneath the building with validation from the clinic. There’s an elevator from the parking garage that goes straight to the floor where the clinic is located, and there is a lot of seating in the waiting room. There’s also a NS tram stop right outside the parking garage elevator as well, so those without a car can access the location via that entrance. There are both stairs and a ramp from that stop to the elevator entrance."

"I love my doctor but the clinic management is abysmal. I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone to make my yearly appointment. I was asked the same medical question 3 times during my visit. My medical data/records were all gone when they transitionned their online portal. I was dropped from the old portal without notification and ended up running out of medication because my appointment was overdue. I won't be coming back."
