"PT didn't care about my pain, reported I just had typical "back pain" & denied my condition of a scan. Now I sit and suffer. A complete joke to go through the painful weeks of wasting my time, just to be denied a scan to see what is actually wrong with me. My therapist even said all they can do is guess about my condition until I get it scanned. This clinic did not take me seriously and now I pay the painful price. Could it be because I am young with back pain? Age discrimination?"

"I've had to go here throughout the years for different things. They used to be much better and weren't double booking appointments. In the past, the physical therapy helped and there was a more individualized approach, with respect for patient time. The most recent time in January, they almost always double booked appointments with the physical therapist and it felt very disrespectful to my appointment time. On top of that, quite a few of the machines were always broken and never fixed. Their receptionists and the therapists themselves are friendly though."
