"Dr. Lu is very kind and I feel has helped me understand better my different cardiac, neurological, and Vasculitis issues. He listens and is empathetic about my concerns. I appreciate his interest in educating on the various medical questions I have asked regarding a new diagnosis and I always come away with more knowledge and understanding of a particular condition! I also appreciate the ease with which I can schedule an appointment with him. The virtual visits are great very helpful."

"If you're looking for a doctor who doesn't care about you and has zero empathy but loves to bill you constantly and tries to get you to come in every month for prescriptions so he can bill you again and again. Then Dr Lu is your guy. He never responds to pharmacy refills unless you make an appt so he can bill you first. He's only open for half days 2 days week. He never knows what your issues are even though he's got a file on you(though he doesn't take any notes). Good luck with this one."

"Dr. Yu is a great pediatrician, she just isn't the right doctor for me for my kids. I have a hard time understanding them and I don't like that their system is all paper. The prescription I got was paper and not automatically sent to my pharmacy and I didn't have an online portal to look at. Thank you for the care you did provide for my kids."

"Dr Lu did not know he difference between two different hypothyroid medicines and argued that a speciality I needed was not patho-dermatology, but dermo-pathology and this speciality did not treat patients but looked in microscopes. If your medical condition is comlex (and which one's aren't) this guy is not going to help you. This doctor is only connected with Providence as a care provider and is not obligated to follow their protocols."
