"They were prompt and efficient. My NP was very kind and thorough. I have gone there several times over the last few years and always had good service. I got the help I needed and they called in my prescription right away. I was there at 945 and there were just a few people ahead of me. The waiting room filled up quickly so being there near opening time is a good idea."

"Don't go here and expect to be seen. Absolutely worthless. Closes at 5 show up at 3 to no more patients. That's absolutely pathetic and they should lose all licenses to practice even on pets. If you feel the need to go here do yourself a favor and look into a coroner instead. You would be better off than this place. If I could give less stars I would."

"TERRIBLE. You call, and rather than staff answering the phone, there is a voice message stating walk-in appointments only. I've tried twice now, once at 10 am and again on an afternoon and BOTH TIMES there is a note on the door saying all "appointments" are filled for the day. How is a "walk-in only" clinic completely filled will appointments at 10am? As an added bonus, they also closed for a nice 4 day long holiday over Thanksgiving without updating their hours or closures on their website. The thoughtlessness behind that when a scared parent with a sick kid arrives hoping for help with a note taped to the door with essentially saying 'Happy Holidays' is beyond reproach by what should be a proper medical clinic. Disgusted by their business model. Don't waste your time."

"I was very impressed with Pacific Urgent Care today. This was my first visit here and they treated me with respect and showed compassion! I was diagnosed quickly for a UTI. And they treated me appropriately! They were timely in getting me checked in and I was seen by the Provider quickly also. The Urgent Care was clean and organized too. I went over to my Pharmacy and the medication was already called in and the Pharmacist was working on it! Everything was seamless today and worked so smoothly from checking in to being seen by the provider and then to picking up my Antibiotics! I wasn’t feeling well but this whole process made me feel better. I was able to just concentrate on getting better. Thank you to the staff at Pacific Urgent Care!"

"The care here is fine but the billing department is ridiculous. We took my son here once, paid the 35$ copay during the visit and then continued to receive bills in the mail. I called several times to get it resolved. The first time they had my sons birthday wrong so they fixed that and said it should be resolved but then I continued to recieve bills in the mail threatening to send it into collections. I called again and they said they would mark it as paid since it was an error but then I got yet another bill! It showed I paid 35$ but said I still owed 35$ so I called again. The lady I spoke to rudely went over the math with me like I was an idiot explaining why there was still an owed balance, she clearly does not understand the way health insurance copays work when you are in network. I finally had to have my insurance company call to get them to stop billing me for something I already paid. The whole process took 6 months, I will not be going here again ."
