OVER $200.00 YOU NEED YOUR LICENSES PULLED. This clinic has violated HIPPA rules.. having a assist. preform medical procedures, and did damage. This Clinic needs shut down. Grants pulled. And putting notes in charts like you did was also illegal- then not willing to correct it. Will be advancing my research into your business."

"Manager Azsia Kell slandered me and slander libel me in her letter mailed to me. I don't know what country she's from but this will not be tolerated in USA. Accused me of using " hurtful descriptive language " and put it in my permanent medical record. I went there for a simple ear cleaning. I still don't know the name or title of the lady who impacted my ear. I could hear when I went there, but couldn't hear when I left. When I complained about it, staff asked me who did it. Since I didn't know her name nor her title, staff asked me what she looked like. I said she has black hair and is obese. Manager Azsia Kell accused me of using hurtful descriptive language and gave me letter of Formal Warning and put it in my medical record. This is slander libel because 'obese' is a standard medical term and was not hurtful descriptive language. This clinic is unprofessional. The manager slandered me and lied multiple times to make me out to be the bad guy in an attempt to cover up the malpractice of impacting my ear leaving me deaf in my left ear for 2 weeks. I will not go back there until a new manager is hired. Also I noticed the otoscope was NOT sterilized between uses. This clinic has some very good nurses but this manager needs FIRED!"

"Went in as emergency. The assistant!!came in and shoved the ear scope down my ear. Intensified the pain. Than nurse comes in...the assistant had no buisness touching me or medical tools. In case you go there, she is the heavy overweight woman. Heck, could of had the janitor come in room to! Stay away."
