"I am very happy I have you as my team Will always cherish the great therapy Happy Holidays"
"After a severe break to the left arm and elbow, I went to PT Northwest in Castle Rock for 4 months of physical therapy. The entire staff was excellent. Great customer service, but more importantly, great patient care. Per my orthopedic, I made remarkable progress, far better than he could ever imagine. Daryl and his team are terrific. I highly recommend their services."
"Outstanding! This entire team from the receptionist to each individual team member will listen and provide the very best care for you as an individual. I assure you they are experts in their field. I have had my share of PT visits in my lifetime, the team at PT Northwest far exceeded my expectations. Thanks you guys! Well done!"
"For context, I received very severe shin splints during my time at US Navy basic training in early 2020. My Shins have caused me a lot of physical limitations since then to the point of having to limit my job options a LOT and it has been a heavy struggle both physically and mentally. Boot camp was a pretty sour experience for me and since the physical therapy I did there made my condition worse and I dealt with a lot of adversity (even for military standards. It was pretty bad) I was pretty hesitant on potentially putting myself in an environment like that again. This was very much so NOT like the previous experience I had at all! I have worked with all staff at this adorable little clinic for many months and they were all very friendly, kind and compassionate people. I felt like I was genuinely cared for more than just as a client, and the front desk staff were all absolutely wonderful. The staff even tried to help me look for work and other stuff! I was educated on my condition and any questions I asked. I was also given a DIY type plan and resources for after I left since I had to move away and my insurance was going to change soon and I wouldn't be able to afford PT anymore. Something I want to specifically point out that is very rare to see was Jack, the physical therapist I worked with the most, working with another client who was an older woman that had been injured from a bad fall. He spoke with her on the detailed implications of how that experience could be emotionally/mentally traumatic due to what she was telling him and how it played a big role in her physical health and recovery. In depth trauma informed health providers are VERY special to me as I have had dealt with so many that know barely anything about it and treated me poorly/couldn't properly provide for me because of it. What an absolute breath of fresh air. That kind of education and knowledge is SO important. I don't care if that was a different client, it felt like a hug to my soul. I would HIGHLY HIIIGGHLLLYYY recommend this place to anyone that needs it!!! Literally the only issue is this place is very very small so getting set up for a consistent appointment schedule could be an issue for some. (I didn't have any issues however I'm sure some people would) While my condition is very stubborn and I'm not fully recovered, I had a decent amount of improvement during my time at PT Northwest in Castle Rock, WA and now I'm able to do more than what I could at the start of my Physical Therapy. I was dealing with a lot at home and going to your guys' clinic helped me escape all the stress and made me feel safe. Thank you. It means a lot :) "
"I moved to PT NW from another clinic after disappointing progress. In just 4 weeks they've made remarkable progress on my rehab. Darryl, Jack and Jo have been amazing and have turned this around for me. I have to give my absolutely highest recommendation to them for their incredible support! 5 STARS!"
