"We moved to Ferndale 2 years ago. We bought a house that needed some remodeling especially the kitchen. Having worked on many residential construction projects over the years, it was very important to us to find a qualified local company that we could work with to make new custom kitchen cabinets for us. We can state without any hesitation that HighCraft Custom Cabinets is a very professional company to work with for custom cabinets. I was immediately impressed with the company when I first stopped by their office to get information about their cabinets. Eric Van Hofwegen (one of the owners) took the time to show me their workshop and how they make their cabinets. Jason Van Hofwegen (another one of the owners) came to our house several times to discuss what we wanted to do, take measurements and discuss pricing. They were very accommodating regarding the scheduling of the install and fair with their pricing. The installer (another Eric) was a very skilled craftsman, who had a lot of install experience and it showed. He was very good at communicating and working with us regarding what was happening as the install progressed over three days and making changes as needed. When he was done, the kitchen looked like someone had taken their time to make everything perfect. Everything was where it should have been and the details were right on. There was one minor cabinet shelf error that was fixed the same day that we told them about it. We are extremely satisfied with the cabinets/service that HighCraft Custom Cabinets provided during our remodeling project and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for anyone seeking new cabinets."
