"i came into the bellevue location around 6:30 on sunday and was met with incompetent customer service. Tamami let me stand by the desk without saying a word to me, no hello or what can i do for you. after a few seconds of waiting i explained to her that i was looking for a item which i could not find not on display on the floor, but says in stock online. she then led me on a huge waste of time mission, starting by making me find the product sku online for her, despite my phone taking a solid 5 minutes to load. she ended with not being able to read the right sku, i had to read it for her so she could input it in her device. the original device she started with was dead btw. she then led me around the kitchen area when i asked for her manager. i never met the manager and i doubt there was one present given her behavior. she ended by telling me to place an order online and pick it up tomorrow. world market has lost my business. i use amazon for online deliveries but i wanted this product tonight. the incompetent staff and willingness to waste my time, which i value very much, will lead me to never come back to this location."

"The shop recently moved from its old downtown Bellevue location up here to Crossroads. If you're shopping around Christmas time, this is a great place to get gifts and such. I like all the imported soaps and bath salts that they have, great selection. They also have a very good imported food section, lots of candy, bottled sodas, jellies and jams. Plus all the usual stuff you will find like furniture and tables, cookware, pillows and rugs etc.. hard not to find something that you won't like. Customer service is helpful and friendly at this location."
