"Typical Starbucks but the staff is uninterested, doesn’t care, and doesn’t know anything. 1. I asked four different questions about drinks and the app but she could answer any of them. Seriously?!? How do you not know your drinks? 2. Then the gal slid my drink across the counter AWAY from me, turned on her heel and walked away. I was the only customer in the store and standing right there! 3. Oh, and worst of all, paid for a drink that was 85% ice. What a joke! I got five swallows and it was gone. 4. Lastly, she didn’t even offer to warm up my banana loaf and it was served cold. I won’t be back to this location!"

"This is My Favorite Tulalip Reservation Starbucks Drive Thru Location. Its big with a lot of parking space. The inside has a nice couch seating area & there is plenty of Table Space. Staff here is Super Friendly & I ordered my Usual. Mocha Frappuccino and Bacon Gouda Sandwich with Egg. I highly recommend to get your Starbucks here if you are visiting. "Fast and friendly service, my ice mocha was good as usual. The bathrooms were clean, and everything was well stocked. There is a drive-through at the Starbucks. The music was a little loud inside, but oh well."
