"It is definitely very hard to get in as a new patient (took 6 months for an initial appointment) but once we got established we saw Dr. Frankland and are now able to see him regularly. He is kind and patient, involves the kids in their own care, makes them feel seen and heard and takes our concerns seriously. We've had a lot of pediatricians and he is the best one we've had for sure. The wait was worth it for us personally."

"When I started as a new patient it was a 6 month wait to be established then another 6 month wait for the appointment,I want to use the sequim office but cannot until I go through the pa office,they won't schedule all my kids one after the other so I miss alot of work and there is alot of traveling wrecks have made me miss appointments, this has been extremely difficult to get all my kids in just for establishing a provider."

"My mom came into the 8th and vine clinic and left the most frustrated I think I've seen her, with two of her three topics entirely unattended to- one of which was ignored and the other being dismissed due to how all the doctors at the clinic operate. She got "Sorrys" from the staff, but I cant let this go without doing something, so.. a 2-star review for you, 8th and vine!"
