"I was seen 3/6/24 by Dr Lance Ho, orthopedist. X-rays were taken immediately prior to meeting with him. I have arthritis in both knees & previously had surgery on right knee 10 years ago. Dr Ho reviewed the x-rays with me. Explained the problem and gave me choice of treatment options. I chose cortisone shots in both knees and have had immediate positive results. Woke up this morning with no pain in my knees. Am able to walk up and down stairs normally; previously I had to walk one stair at a time. My husband is a retired physician. He was with me at the appointment & we were both favorably impressed."

"Very efficient, friendly, well organized team of staff, starting with the helpful gal cleaning up the floor area at rear entrance. When she saw 2 of us new patients who were unfamiliar with the building, she kindly directed us to the right elevator to access our doctor's proper floor and suite number. .Staff at centralized check-in stations also were friendly, knowledgeable and promptly checked everyone waiting in an impressively efficient manner. Staff there next directed me to x-ray floor with clear instructions. X-ray tech also promptly met me and took a set of thorough X-rays. When it was painful to stand a certain way due to a meniscus tear he suggested an alternate way of rotating my foot that worked. The med assistant who took my vitals was calm, friendly. and though very young was clearly competent. She noticed my BP readings were off so she repeated the check and mentioned about possibly checking at end of visit again. Dr Powell was clearly knowledgeable and experienced, identifying my enlarged tendon and letting me know the risks of this issue, the treatment options and their downsides. He also identified the cause of a reddened, irritated joint on one toe and recommended shoes with bigger toe boxes. As if my shoes weren't already wide, and now I need teo wear two 'boats'? Darn"
