"This is one of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office. I only waited about five minutes in the lobby before I was called back, and I checked in before my actual appointment time. Margaux at the front desk was helpful and efficient. The nurse (I didn't catch her name!) was friendly and talkative with me, then almost immediately after she left a medical student/intern (Nathaniel) came in and asked me all the new patient questions. He was personable and easy to talk to. Then I only waited another three or so minutes before I was seen by Dr. Honey who is one of the nicest doctors I've had. She was kind, understanding, and genuine. You could tell she really cares about her patients. Everyone I interacted with was in good spirits, and it made for a surprisingly enjoyable appointment.
