"Asked my friend to show up at 10:30 at night. She goes, withdrawling from alcohol. There are no clinical staff onsite whatsoever. Cannot give her medication, not even melatonin. The girl there did not know how to take blood pressure, weight, any vitals. Completely clueless. Why would you have someone show up in current withdrawal when you have absolutely nothing you can do for them? Might as well just stay home and be miserable. Put her in a room with a lovely individual who wouldn't let her turn the fluorescent lights off. They were not warm, they were not welcoming and they clearly weren't competent. My concern is the safety of patients. Alcohol detox can be dangerous! We needed help, not a creepy grown up daycare. Horrible experience and I would stay away. Also, when she decided to leave they had put her phone in the safe but not her wallet. We were told they weren't able to open the safe back up until the next day so we drove back to get it."

"Not a fan. When a friend was in crisis, they put her off for over 24 hours. Then told us they couldn't take her because it had been too long since her last drink. Lots of excuses.Arrogant, superior attitude. This place should be de-funded."
