"The receptionist was very rude. She acted as if answering my questions was beneath her. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to look up my appointment, since she told me I didn’t have one before I even told her my name.The nurses rested and spoke to me as if I’m an idiot. The PA that I saw did not listen. She would ask me a question then speak over me when I tried to answer. She would try to finish my sentences before she even knew what I was going to say. I had the worst experience. The staff treated me as if I am an idiot. The staff acted as if patient care is an inconvenience. I wasn’t told all information before I left my last appointment because I wasn’t aloud to ask questions. When I would start to ask a question I would get cut off. So I would rather start my entire allergy shot process completely over again than ever come back to this clinic. I will be canceling my child’s appointment as well. I am not going to bring her to a place where she won’t be respected or listened. Do better and be better. If patient care and hospitality isn’t something this clinic is interested in, then maybe they should find people that like to do that or find a different profession. I hope they all have the day that they deserve."
