"I was referred there for a sperm count by my doctor, after waiting about 2 months for this appointment i had to wake up early anf sacrifice my sleep because im on night shift to go to this appointment. I get there and the nurse walks in and says we dont do that here, unless you want to spend 140 dollars on a test. Then she trys to push me into getting my testosterone checked and i told her no i dont need that.she rambled on some more and i guess she thought i was convinced. I told her to refer me to udub if that would be covered by insurance. She then said okay ill get the referral going and put in a blood work order for the testosterone.........I DONT NEEED TO HAVE MY TESTOSTERONE CHECKED! Dont waste your time with this place all they are after is your money!"

"I have never felt more like a number and source of money than I did here. Doctor Pettit doesn’t give a care about anyone. The two times I went in there, once for a vasectomy that was the worst experience and according to others, they had the same terrible experience here; the second time I went there to see him, I was in and out within two minutes of seeing him and he instantly wrote off my issues I was having as “not from what I did” and left it at that and walked out. I do not recommend this place and will continue to spread the word."

"Too many things to say that were not good about my experience. First I was told my procedure would be the same week as my consult. Apparently they forgot to block the time because when I went in it was 2½ weeks later. Dr. Snapped at me for flinching when he squeezed my testicle. Two weeks after vasectomy, my left testicle is in intense pain. I left four messages with no callback, I got through to reception and lady said my messages did go to nurses but she would escalate the urgency for a nurse to call me. I am sure there is an infection and I just need an antibiotic but they never returned my call. I had to go to an urgent care clinic for my antibiotic. I would never recommend this facility, period."
