"Yikes! I will not be returning to your practice. First, whenever I come in for an appointment I usually have to wait a half hour to 45 minutes for them to set up. AND that’s after I am checked in and waiting in a room. Second, Dr. Bonnie Sprague has no idea had to speak to people who have anxiety. She made me feel like a drug addict and didn’t take me seriously. Told me to go get some natural supplement (I’ve been down that road before many times). I called her after hours for help and her tone was awful (bothered and annoyed) and she had no idea how to speak to someone suffering with anxiety. She flat out told me to calm down. I don’t usually right reviews or email. But I really had an awful experience with someone who is supposed to care and help. I got what felt like a laugh and a tell me to relax.
