He really listened to and supported what I had to say. Although I don't need their pain management expertise right now, I was welcomed back if the need arises."

"Dr. Richardson is always very kind and polite when I come to check on my med with him. The staff are very courteous and professional. I have had words with the woman at the front desk on the right side. She was extremely rude when I've been a few minutes late. I don't know her name but she definitely could take some lessons on working with the public. You do NOT talk to incoming clients as she did to me. Yelling at me saying always late when I call if I'm going to be late. I've had a head injury and at times it's hard for me to get to places on time but as I said I always call and do my best to arrive close to my appointment time. It was a very embarrassing time to be yelled at and I had to stand up for myself to this woman. I feel she should be talked to for her unprofessional attitude that day! Other than this woman, I've always had very good treatment at this facility. Thank you.."
