"I had a 7:45am appointment that we arrived very early to but ended up waiting until 8:30am before being informed that the surgeon was overbooked and to come back tomorrow to see if “maybe we can squeeze you in somewhere”. It's frustrating because appointments are meant to prevent overbooking and this is causing everyone to experience a huge waste of time. The staff and surgeon were unprofessional, and the surgeon seemed indifferent and dismissive towards our concerns about the broken bones. Do not recommend this place for any services."

"We were sent to this clinic by our Primary Care physician. My mom is 81 and she was very nervous. It was the very end of their very busy day. Roxanne treated my mom with patience and kindness. That continued with each staff member. They were kind and cheerful and took amazing care. I can't thank them enough."

"I've had nothing but excellent care here. My surgeon is fantastic and takes the time to really listen, if it it means he's running a bit late sometimes. His nurse is fabulous. The patient portal messaging is a great tool when you just have a quick question. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five is that the wait can be longer than expected, so allow for that. Otherwise, I've been well taken care of."

"Unfortunately I was not surprised to see so many bad reviews concerning this office. The elder receptionist was astoundingly abrasive and rude. After my father had been left waiting for an hour he asked her when he was going to be seen. She readily verbally accosted my father. She kept insisting that he had his appointment time wrong and hadn't been waiting that long, when he showed her his apt confirmation she replied, "Oh, you're going to be one of those are you." She would not allow him speak but kept reiterating that he had only been waiting for 30 minutes and not one hour because he didn't know his appointment time. I have been a medical receptionist for years. I have never seen someone act so unprofessionally. She was condescending, hostile, and rude. That PeaceHealth has someone so completely inappropriate and ill mannered as their receptionist says a great deal about how they view and treat their patients."

"I went in for a sprained ankle and the office was extremely busy. Like, overflowing with people. They had a notice on the door explaining that wait times would be longer than normal due to high volume of patients. I had to wait a while to receive care, but the staff was very friendly and reassuring during my wait. They also provided a snack and some water to those of us stuck sitting in the waiting room. When I met with the doctor, he was kind, thorough, and although he was very busy with the influx of people needing care, he didn’t rush through my visit and make me feel unattended to."
