AND THEN.. when they see your negative review they tell you to call a toll free number that only lets you leave a voice mail and says "we will get back to you in 24-48 hours" Read as... "we wont even let you talk to a person about it... sorry you suck, please continue to let us abuse you.""

Walk in clinics shouldn’t be represented by someone who’s 1 rude and 2 adding to the uncomfort of a patient that’s already feeling horrible"

"This place is awful with the people who need help, I called while I was at the light and they said that i had to call back when i was on the property and there was only one person ahead of me and hung up so I pulled in less than a minute later spent 15 minutes on hold. Then i reach them they finally check me in and I’m waiting over and hour to be seen, i call again and check on my wait time and they say there’s one person ahead of me to get a room, I had awful symptoms and had to sit in my car for 2 hours, btw I got there at 8:10. Ten minutes after they opened. Every time i have had to go to peace health they do basically nothing to help with symptoms, make me wait hours to be seen just to hear there’s nothing they can do and treat me so badly while I’m there. I once waited in a room for over an hour when i stuck my head out to ask if someone would be coming in soon they said wow there’s other people here you’re pretty impatient huh, I was the first person in the offices as i walked by all the empty rooms on the way to mine and had extreme symptoms. If you can avoid going here I would highly suggest it, they lack all sorts of basic kindness to their patients."
