At $d for a water bottle, it felt a bit steep, especially for families with multiple children. It would be advisable for future visitors to bring their own drinks to avoid this additional expense. Despite this minor setback, our time at Big Air Trampoline Park was nothing short of fantastic. The smiles on my kids' faces and their enthusiastic chatter about the day's adventures were proof enough that it was money well spent. "Last night we went to Big Air and had the best worker experience. Keep in mind we have been going weekly since September and most times the employees are just okay. Shah was incredible. He was giving props to the kids trying new things. And encouraging them to keep trying. It was refreshing and made the experience so much better."

"We had our daughter's birthday here and it went smoothly. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our party room was setup with the plates, cups, and napkins. Along with the food and drinks when it was our time to be in there. Did not have to wait. We definitely will be back again :)"

"We had our daughters birthday here recently, I did not know what to expect as we had never been there before and only based our reservation on reviews seen online. It was the best experience we have had, great customer service! Omar was our helper during our party, making sure we had everything we needed, helped serve cake and offered to serve the pizza and other food. Always checking in and we even tipped him because of how great he was! Angel at the front entrance was great as well considering the environment (lots going on, children everywhere) he was patient and listened to us, he was aware of our party and answered all our questions. For me the biggest pro was the air circulation and how clean it felt. If you have been to Defy or Catapult you know the muggy, sweat and musky feeling everywhere. This place had no clutter around, clean floors and tables, restrooms were clean and the whole place had very good air conditioning on a hot 85 degree day! We would definitely come back!!"
