"Went with my wife to pick out a new mattress. Latoya was awesome. She gave us a good overview of the different kinds of mattresses available, asked questions about our needs (and aches and pains) and made recommendations for us from each of the different mattress categories. She then had us try out all of her various recommendations to see what felt best. After testing out a number of mattresses and narrowing our choices down to two, we then tried out our top choices for 5 minutes at a time. Once we made our selection, Latoya helped us pick the perfect pillow (again through multiple rounds of trying different options). Then she worked with us to get a good price on the whole package.
