"I’ve been a patient at Skagit Family since 2021. I always get an appointment quickly, and appreciate the text reminders I get before hand. I see Allison Berglin specifically. She has been a wonderful provider, especially in my times of postpartum depression. Helping me work through medication and figuring out next steps, she is kind, calming and reassuring. She is thorough in every appointment. I feel very lucky to have her in my corner, and now my own two daughters see her for their care as well. Highly recommend."

"I am so thankful for this clinic! We have seen multiple providers, but I will specifically talk to Dr. Cowan, Allison Berglin & Janelle. Dr. Cowan is our children’s provider, and he is so good with them! As a parent, I appreciate his openness to natural remedies & alternative schedules while still always informing me on the benefits & risks of the typical recommendations. I trust his input and feel confident with each choice I make. Allison Berglin is my main provider and she is attentive and kind. She asks thoughtful questions and has helped steer me to resources I need. I feel supported and listened to, something hard to come by! And Janelle, I just had our first appointment with her for a sick-kid visit and she was fantastic! She was so nice to my son when he was feeling terrible and she presented all of our options on moving forward. Sometimes when you get a provider that isn’t “yours” it can be nerve wracking, but I’m confident you’ll like whoever you get at this clinic. Oh and Elvira— I don’t like needles, shots, draws, none of it, but she did my draw perfectly and put up with my sass along the way! Thank you, SFHC!"

"Horrible experience! Just started going here. I was given a notice by phone - an appointment reminder - and received the message the day after the appointment. When I called, I was not rude or disrespectful. I just wanted to find out why a letter appeared in the mail telling me I'll get charged the next time. A letter that told me they get that I made a mistake...that in the goodness of their twisted hearts - they forgive me. I was polite when I called them. Just wanted to find out why the appointment reminder was given too late to do anything about, and the letter. Hostile experience overall. When I called to inquire why they were handling my appointment reminder that way, I was told, "It was my fault the appointment got missed." The guilt trip wasn't necessary or appreciated. I was told, "No one else ever reported that, no one else ever had that problem." Shaming me was equally disgusting. She went on to tell me - "computers aren't perfect." She was rude, hostile, and mean. When I called the following day to make another appointment, I was told by someone that a letter was sent to me discharging me, due to an "unstable relationship between me, the doctor and staff, that the staff wrote it up and the doctor signed off on it." I have only been there twice in person. What relationship? When I asked, I was told there were no notes in my chart or attached to the discharge letter showing there was any problem. Like a bunch of bullies, they banded together to kick me out. I was told there were absolutely no notes in my chart documenting that there was any problem between the staff, that doctor, and myself. Last but not least, that missed appointment was to go over labs that were supposed to have been ordered by the doctor, which in reality - were never done. They intended to charge me a co-pay for a useless office visit that would have had to be rescheduled once they did their job! Can't order the labs myself! Disgusting, horrible experience. I felt kicked in the stomach by them. I felt screwed over, rejected, and treated like garbage by the staff, and Dr. Allison. Obnoxious, disrespectful, rude, and abusive staff and doctor. Avoid this place like the plague! UPPDATE TO THEIR LAME RESPONSE: Everyone can see the truth and facts from the other negative reviews about you - I'm not the only one who experienced an ongoing problem with your staff by your blatant disrespect and has nothing to do with my being offended. When you take no accountability for your disrespect- you will continue to receive negative reviews from people who are fed up with your rude ways. - that you mistreat your patiets who have trusted you! Typical blown off, copped out response to this review. No accountability - and again - I want to warn everyone to steer clear of your clinic and the disrespectful staff that work there. Bury it, justify, and cop out. Your other negative reviews all say the exact same thing - and I'm not the only one who you mistreated and screwed over! Highly recommend that you all clean up your act - however much you gaslight people for your own attitude problems and not respecting your patients or providing quality health care."

"Definitely recommend this clinic to family and friends. My doctor DR.Ostapchuk has been amazing than other doctors I’ve had. Always get scheduled promptly and my questions are always answered when needed. 10/10 would recommend"
