Reviews of Catapult Adventure Park Puyallup
"Went around 1100 in the morning on a Friday. Not busy, though it did start ramping up about 1230 when we left. Did the 1-1/2 hour. Kids were tired after about 35 minutes. Staff was great. Some of the attractions that needed harnesses weren't available until about 12:15 though the main one was available the whole time. 3 kids, two of which were under 9 and 2 pairs of socks was almost $100. For a special occasion it was worth it. If you are going to this regularly, I would definitely consider a membership."
"My cousin wanted to celebrate her birthday by bringing our toddlers here. We could not have had a better time! Our kids are only 2, so we had to purchase tickets for ourselves (2 dads and a mom, as I wasn't able to actually jump, only because I'm pregnant). But even the adults had SO much fun. It was a crazy workout and everyone was sweaty and smiling at the end because of the delight from the toddlers! There was one smaller bounce house that is more contained than the others, but mostly they are gigantic, massive, maizes with endless obstacles, ball pits, and slides! It wasn't cheap, but it was absolutely worth it for the delight of the children. We have been to a few other similar businesses in our home state. Those include a trampoline place and 2 indoor play grounds. This business pretty much mashes those two concepts together into the ultimate most amazingly fun experience for children."
"Very disappointed with this place! It’s starts with standing in line for way too long because there computer payment stop working so we had to go get cash then get back in line to pay with no kind of discount for the inconvenience. The customer service was not that great and the Perry that helped us was kinda rude about the whole thing. What happen to customer service! But it gets better …. So when I went to the bathroom I couldn’t step in with only wearing my socks, there was water all over the floors and piss. They had put down paper towels on the floor. This was very disgusting and very unsanitary since everyone was tracking this back out to the blow up toys where everyone would be exposed to this. In order to get any drinks or snacks you had to stand in the same long line. This place is very unsanitary and unorganized. Make sure you think twice before coming and bringing your kids here."
"We went to the Puyallup location for a birthday party. It was seriously better than I expected. One of my kids hadn't been enthusiastic about participating changed her mind after she saw how much fun everyone else was having. They loved "the center",an elevated challenge course. The place was clean and there was plenty of seating. The staff was helpful and good at keeping an eye on the kids' safety."
"Took my son on a Saturday with some friends (had kids aged 2 and 4, my 12 year old, and a handful of adults). $25/person for 90 minutes. Had to buy socks! $4 each (they have grippies). SO MANY BOUNCY THINGS. Lots of fun obstacle courses to keep you busy and totally wear you out. Little cubbies at the front for shoes/bags and they sold drinks. There's an obstacle course up top where they put you in a harness and clip you in, but the wait was pretty long so we sadly missed out on that (next time we'll just do it first). The ball pits could use some improvement, the kinda sorta hard plastic balls end up everywhere."
