"Had an online pickup. Told an associate and she walked away and never came back. It was sitting on the counter, just needed to hand it to me. I told the store manager that I was sitting there waiting for 20 minutes and he was totally unapologetic just handed me the bag and didn’t say anything after my complaint. How hard is it to hand someone a freaking bag? Terrible service"

"Stopped by this evening to make an exchange due to item damaged. Unaware at time of curbside pickup and decided to go back on my free time and this evening the cashier named Chris was unprofessional and is a racist. He had no customer service and claim he is a store director. Very unprofessional as I have spent a lot shopping here and At Crate. Will be reaching out to the higher manager for a follow up as this action is not acceptable."

"Anna is THE FREAKING BEST! I walked in with my designer and she was so kind to help us. I was just a single man who wanted a couch, and she made me fall in love with my decision! She wasn't pushy (like Ashley, Bassett or other stores are). She was there and helped us when we needed and then also gave us time to ourselves. She got me a great deal on my new couch and was so kind in the process. I wish I had more to buy, but if you go to CB2, there is ONLY one person you should see, and that's ANNA! Thank you so much again CB2 for hiring this amazing human!"

"Every staff there are super helpful. They help me update orders, rewards, refund and answer questions about maintenance. All he pieces were well made, so much better than what you can find on amazon. The customer service is probably why I will be coming back. They are so much better at dealing with the orders then the online support."
