"We’ve had so many problems with this place. Most recently, we bought a membership where we pay $100 something and get 10 visits out of it. Something in the back of my mind was telling me to keep my receipt because I didn’t trust this place to keep track of my membership. And lo and behold we come back and THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF OUR MEMBERSHIP. I gave them the receipt and that was the only reason we were able to go in. So I would NOT purchase a membership here because this place may decide to magically lose your $100 membership and you’re out of luck if you didn’t keep your receipt, which you shouldn’t have to. Another time the employee yelled at my 3 year old for playing in the ‘36 month and younger area’ while it was empty. Shes 3 not 10, it was completely empty, and she just wanted to play nicely with the foam blocks. I would have taken her out if there were babies or she was being too wild."
"Whenever I have came I've never had a problem bringing my infant, I usually pay for my older 2 and my son is well under 1. Last time I came she tried to charge me for my 6 month old and stated her manager says they charge for 6 months and up when online it clearly states a year. I just left because I'm not paying money for a baby that can't even walk"
"Kiddos loved it, surprisingly very clean on the amount of kids that play in there. Staff is friendly, definitely recommend to wear out the kids for the day."
"Great spot, my son loves to go here at the Tacoma mall. Featured on Blippi so it’s cool to see the ball shooter in person. They do a nice 10 pack which is the best value, it’s got good lasting play value and the front desk is always friendly. Yendy is especially nice at the front desk. There’s a mini trampoline, a cute swing, a little climbing wall and obstacle courses. Great location for a kids play place and of course heads and shoulder above the free playground in the mall."
