He asked me questions about my home how it would look and if the chase lounge would be in the way of the kitchen, so he was really trying to be very Conscientious about however overlooking my house I really appreciate you, Michael, you are the best"

"Was a decent experience. Mike was an informative sales guy. However, I felt a little disappointed he didn’t want to shoe me upstairs himself when there’s also an elevator, and he was not willing to give me help when it came to negotiating the price a little bit. Like literally $100. I ended up finding a booth furniture sets for my kitchen and living room at Mor Furniture for less AND was able to pick out up the same day"

"Wow what great customer service. I came in to look at sleeper sofas and sectionals and dinette sets. My advisor Adriana was so knowledgeable and helpful. Even though they work in commission, she stayed engaged and helpful after finding out I needed to buy in another state. "Started out great. Were more than happy taking my order. But now it's a hassle getting it actually delivered. Ordered over a month ago - expected it to take a while, not a big deal. Told me it would all arrive on Feb 1. Date approaching, get a delivery confirmation email or 02/07. Give them a call, apparently some of it is coming later and they will schedule half to come on the first and half to come on the 14. Also said I would get another confirmation email. Making plans with work to make sure I'm home when it's being delivered. Follow up call since I did not hear anything - apparently it's not coming that day at all now...no update on their end. The new day it all will arrive - already made plans and cannot specify what time NOT to come to make sure I'm there. Now have to schedule it even later. Very frustrating. We'll see if it actually comes that day or if I just make plans to be there and it does not show up...got a great deal though..."
