"They have dangerously unsafe staffing ratios and an abusive working environment for nurses. They use indentured servitude contracts (Google "NBC indentured servitude nurses" to learn more) to trap nurses in this hostile working environment and sue them if they burn out and leave. Don't go here. If you work as an employee you will be abused, if you go as a patient you'll have burned out and overworked staff giving a poor quality of care. It's downright evil."
"Our family had such a great labor and delivery birth experience at St. Anne and through pregnancy at the Franciscan Women’s Clinic. We saw the midwives and felt they were all patient, caring, and aligned with our values. The facilities for pregnancy and birth are both wonderful, modern, and new. Our labor and delivery experience with Molly Tollefson and all the nurses was truly a joy. It was genuinely a fun experience where we all felt safe and at home. We chose St Anne to remain close to home and avoid going downtown for pregnancy care and labor. We would make the same choice every time. Thank you to everyone at St Anne labor and delivery! (Note: cannot say the same for the ER here. But highly recommend L&D)"
"If it were up to me would have negative stars. I had a dog bite on my hand was admitted and there 2 days before I checked myself out. There nurses suck push the button and you would be lucky someone came within 30 min. Tried to say I refused the mri which was bull I had it done the day before just no one cared to even check or get results. Bad place."
"I’ve been here a couple times with my babies! The staff and Drs are always friendly, efficient in getting us out of the ER quickly and in my opinion, a great asset to the community. Anyone who knows a mother, knows that she can sometimes panic and nothing else in the entire world matters except making sure that their baby is going to be ok. On multiple occasions they have calmed my fears and treated us with care. Im grateful for the staff and hospital being in my neighborhood."
"I arrived at this hospital via ambulance, and was brought to a room immediately. It took about 5 to 7 minutes for one nurse to help the paramedics move me from the ambulance gurney to the hospital’s gurney. After that I was going through the process almost back to back. The nurse who gave me my iv brushed up my arm pretty badly. In my whole life I’ve never been brushed up like that. Dr Chen was great, the radiologist was kind and gentle. Everyone was doing a great job. But 3 things weren’t good. 1, The RN maybe a rookie brushed up my arm pretty bad. It’s been a week and my arm is still bruised( and no I’m not diabetic). 2, While the paramedics was taking me to my room, and when the radiologist was taking me to get scanned. I noticed there were other patients outside in the hallway wearing the gowns they give us with their rear-end showing. C’com ppl give them some dignity and cover them up. 3, After checking out the RN told me to wait outside in the waiting room for my paperwork. 32 minutes went by. So i went up to the front desk and asked if they had my paperwork and that I came from the emergency room. The lady said have a seat and she’ll call me when the doctor sends the paperwork up front. 26 minutes went by and they haven’t called me. I went up again and this time the same lady at the front desk was listening what I was trying to convey to her instead of what hearing me the 1st time and she called the RN who was helping me and told me Oh the paperwork was sent to your primary doctor. Even after i told them in the beginning that my primary doctor isn’t the one that’s doing the surgery. That it’s a on the job injury and gave them the doctor’s name and practice and they still sent the paperwork to the wrong place and wrong doctor. Overall everything was great. If they had their communication down i would have gave them a 5⭐️ star. But i want to Thank all the medical staff in the ER that day a Big “Thank You”!!!!"
