"I met with Tom to repair chairs. He convinced me to have my table match. We agreed to what needed to be done and how I wanted it to look. He requested multiple 30+ meetings in person at his shop to pontificate on his process and each detail. When I wasn’t able to meet, in person, at his shop for another 30 minute session due to having a job and family responsibilities, he told me he no longer wanted to work with me and tried to give me a bill, an unfinished table, and the pieces that held them together. He is beyond difficult, idiosyncratic, and unprofessional."
