"Tried to setup a drug screen appointment. It says right on their site that they provide them. Get to the select time screen and it says they do not accept urine test at this location. Try to call someone to setup an appointment, and all you get is an automated system with no information other than go online. And no option to talk to a representative."

"I was taking in quickly. Everything was spotless and clean, and well kept. The phlebotomist did a good job. Everyone was very helpful! Sometimes they can be short-staffed. Two people working this location, so if one calls out it puts it overload on one person."

"I checked in 15 minutes early in person. There were two people ahead of me, but I was called back within two minutes, had my sample collected, and was out the door in five. Tessa was very professional, efficient, and quick. Definitely recommend this place."

"Went for my drug screen today. Was told they stop doing them at 1. The Asian lady (Don't know her name) also made sure to point it out on the door. I wasn't the only patient in there. She asked "What are you waiting for?" Really that's how you talk to patients. The other one said her daughter needed a blood draw. She asked her if she had a appointment and the lady said yes signed in on the tablet. The one who worked there said well your name isn't up there so we'll see if we can still at you. Granted 2 people working and only 3 people in waiting area. It's just past 1. She wouldn't do my drug test now since it's past 1 even though I was there beforehand. She said it says online you need a appointment here. The only good thing she did was give me the information for the Tacoma office. I will never come back here. I had already been holding my bladder for the drug test. I wasn't even going to ask if I could use the restroom. There office is very cold. Needs something. Fast Labs in Tacoma got 5 stars from me. You could learn a thing or two from them. Office & Staff are very professional. Treat their patients with care."

"I've gotten blood drawn here for years. I can't remember a bad experience. I just schedule an appt online, show up, check in with the link in my car and go in and I have never had to wait. I've always gone on a week day before noon. Techs are all very nice and do a good job. It's quick and easy for me. Also getting the results to the doctor has always been fast."
