"I'll give 5 star just for the cleanliness of this place. I have high standard and care about hygienic conditions a lot. For the size of this place, this is the cleanest indoor playground I have ever been. You cannot judge this kind of public place with residential standard especially when it comes to big structures like this and so many kids playing in it. It's impossible to wipe every single ball in the ball pit. Restroom is really clean as well. The structure and the play balls are high quality comparing to other playgrounds having so many crushed broken balls."
"Update: As this place of busi This place is absolutely not worth a damm penny. I took my daughter there for her 3rd birthday party today. What was supposed to be a fun time turned into a massive headache. There is no way in hell this place is worth $600 for a child's party. The food was nasty, the employees were rude and down right mean to our guest. They double booked the party room, and at the same time had no record of our reservation. I and my family and friends will never return to this place. There is no way I would have booked a place for $250 and then agreed to spend another almost $300 on entry prices and food if I wasn't miss lead to believe that the price I paid for the reservation of the party room covered everything."
"Cute, but a lot smaller than I was expecting. Not worth the $20 entrance fee, in my family's opinion. On the plus side, it seems pretty well maintained, is indoors, and has obstacles suited for kids from toddlers up through grade school. My 3 year old did a lot of climbing and seemed to genuinely enjoy himself, along with his 7 year old cousin. On the down side... The actual play space is pretty small, compared with others we've been to, and it's just that one structure (included with the price of admission). Everything else costs extra. There's some weird structure for "tag" that is a shiny green waste of space that literally nobody wanted to use because again.. it's extra. When we came in, I was expecting the whole warehouse was going to be a play area, with lots of things to do, but.. nope. Just that one structure. The seats for parents aren't very comfortable either. Parents aren't really allowed in the structure. That is to say... The rules say that anybody who enters the structure will be charged. There IS technically a little cafe in here, but the prices make airport food seem like a bargain. To name one example, it's $14 for a kids plate with ONE chicken finger! This explains why their most thorough signage isn't about safety, but about not bringing in your own food and drinks... Not even water bottles. Long story short... Indoor playgrounds are a great concept. This place, however, is not one that we will return to."
"For $20 a kid for only half of the play place being open, this isn't a good use of your money for entertaining your child. Another $20 for my child to play in an "active game" by herself in the second half of the play place seems outrageous. I should have taken her to Defy instead."
"It's a lovely place to play. Kids love it! The structure is so well maintained and fun with many layers to play. It has areas for toddlers and older kids as well. The staff is helpful and friendly. The food area is clean and there are lots of options"
