"Well, when you spend $600 for your daughter's birthday Mega Party with private room, you kinda expect a little more. The party check in process was sloppy, like no one was really quite sure what to do. They gave us room 2, a private room with space for our group. We were aloud to store belongings and party favors while we jumped. Half way through our jump session we were forced to move all of our stuff to an open balcony space so another party could have our room, with a single table, not big enough for our guests. Many of our guests and parents had to stand around. This space was at the top of the stairs so the whole time, people would have to walk through our party to get to the other areas. So loud I couldn't even get the attention of our group to announce we were singing happy birthday. I was nervous to spend the money for the most expensive package but I liked the idea of a private room for her 6th birthday. I was given the bill at the end but had to wait in a huge line just to pay it. After 3 hours of nonsense I really just wanted to get out of there. The basketball area was closed for no apparent reason. Several safety concerns but honestly, the jump park was pretty good."
"Oh my god! I went in with my kids and while I'm not sure what I was expecting, I was greeted with an incredibly clean and organized facility. Watching my kids play here was such a joy. I happened to run into one Mike (Michael?) who was just a pleasure to speak with, and also the park manager, Carolyn. We laughed and talked about or mutual tattoos and kids for a good minute before she left to take care of other matters. All in all even the food was pretty good for the price. I'll be back soon for my kids birthday! He's so excited."
"A good concept for kids to hangout and spend some active hours. But extremely loud and managing cleanliness especially during weekends I think is becoming difficult for the team."
"Great place to bring kids during rainy season. Variety of activities for different ages, skills and interests. Well suited for active kids who need to get their energy out. Weekends are very busy. I am giving 4 stars only from a parent perspective: 1) bathrooms need to be serviced more often, 2) cafe shop is a lost opportunity, in my opinion, with very few choices of food and broken equipment. 3) Parents could definitely enjoy some more options, like more comfortable furniture and beer(!)."
"Went there for a birthday on a Sunday and all of the food was sold out, bathrooms had napkins instead of toilet paper and paper towels, and no one is supervising. The activities are still fun but if you have younger kids you have to watch closely."
