"Went for an MRI appointment and they were able to get me in early, which was great, but I started to panic soon after entering the machine. The technician was very calm and immediately responsive. I was not able to go through with the test but I was incredibly grateful for the kind treatment and tips on how to make a future appointment successful. Not a great way to learn you’re claustrophobic but I wanted to give kudos to the staff—everyone was very friendly and professional!"
"I had an MRI done here in July 2021 after complaining about several things, including abdominal pain and splashing in the left side of my chest. The image was read as normal. However, months after I had the imaging done I was suspicious of something, so I had a doctor pull up all images done in the past 2 years and he showed me that on that MRI, the organs on my left side of my body are significantly higher up on my cavity than the right side. This is inconsistent with the prior imaging available to them (the organs are where you would expect in prior imaging). This would definitely cause discomfort and also splashing in the chest area. I have tried multiple times for them to re-read these images. The second read was said to be normal. Again, I complained and had another re-read. They acknowledged a shift in my organ positioning. When asked why that was not noted on the readout, they said, "Well, they don't think that would cause any pain and also they don't think they are displaced enough". I ask "how much is enough". No answer. It's plainly obvious. I ask "why would they know what causes pain, I obviously got the MRI for a reason, it doesn't match earlier imaging". I was never allowed to ask a radiologist questions, so there is nothing but a total non-answer beyond "well we don't think this". No explanation. A grand total of two people outside of this facility have seen the images and it's obvious to both people. In addition, the level of shifting in the MRI matches no normal MRI I have come in contact with on the internet. I would not trust these people to accurately read anything. It is not worth the risk at all."
"I had my first MRI breast exam and the nurse and other technicians were phenomenal. I got kind of queasy with the IV, and the nurse was extremely caring and patient. Others stepped in to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. I appreciated the care and attention."
"They take good care of me for the most part, they're usually very friendly and professional! I have gone there for multiple issues and they usually treat me well. Miscommunications do happen. It's only been once, where someone forgot to give me proper instructions. I also don't appreciate the front desk trying to scapegoat the problem onto me with no apology, when I followed instructions down to the dot. They even told me I should have checked in early, but I was early when she said that. Not cool! The doctors take care of you well!"
"If I could give zero stars, I would. Never in my life have I felt quite like a slab of meat and a paycheck but today. MRI of my left hand - despite my explaining to the staff about my foraminal stenosis in my cervical spine and having issues with pinched nerves, they expected me to lay with my left arm above my head on my stomach with my head tilted back (compressing my cervical spine) for over 30 minutes. I was supposed to get pictures taken with contrast as well and couldn't finish because the pain became unbearable. Is this the best they can do? Is there no other way to position a patient with cervical spine issues? I can tell you one thing - you will get paid by my insurance company but I will NOT EVER pay you for my portion. Failed service, incompetent and totally clueless as well as not caring about your patients as humans. Well, right - just as long as YOU get paid, right???? Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!"
