"Extraordinarily rude and unprofessional staff. Worst is this ugly nurse who acts like she rules the place. Impossible to get on the phone and not helpful in the least when you finally get through to them (took two days). No one would answer questions. When asked if any one would call me back, the ugly nurse said simply, "No." Don't say you weren't warned."
